 Rethinking Transport Lab on e-mobility

Rethinking Transport Lab (Nov. 6-10th 2023)

Thank you for your interest in our first Rethinking Transport Lab on the topic of electric mobility in Africa. The Lab will take place in East Africa (country tbc). To apply for the interactive workshop, please fill out the form below to register your interest in participation until Aug. 20 11:59pm GMT (registration deadline).

Who can participate? 

We welcome applications from African young professionals who possess a strong passion for e-mobility and satisfying the following qualification:  

  • Citizenship & residence in a country on the African continent 

  • Education: university degree in transportation, renewable energy, urban planning, civil engineering, development studies, environmental management, political/social sciences or similar 

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in areas such as electric vehicle technology, renewable energy, policy development, transport planning or similar.  

  • Language: ability to understand and communicate in English  

  • Motivation & collaborative spirit: strong commitment to sustainable transportation and reducing carbon emissions, innovative thinking & ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse and multidisciplinary team

After successfull submission of the application form, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. The review and selection of all statements of interest will start from Aug. 20th. We aim to inform shortlisted candidates aproximately 1 weeks after the registration deadline about the futher application process.
